With a love and background in French cuisine, Jssel Hysuik was dreaming of an opportunity to bring a fine-dining style menu to her business -- which is where the inspiration for Stalk began.
After creating dishes and running a successful catering and cafe business for over five years,
it was time explore her passion and take a leap into a different culinary direction.
Jssel crafts and creates every dish from scratch and from the heart. Cooking is her masterpiece but what makes her happiest is sharing her creations with family, friends and customers.

As the Business Manager of Sprout Catering & Cafe, Haley Blackmore wears many hats...
to say the least. Haley has always been busy working in the food industry and her attention to detail combined with her drive for excellence shows just that.
With an education in Business, Haley excels at bringing ideas to life, which is exactly what she did with Stalk. Knowing that her sister was in need of a culinary challenge, she came up with the plan to put Stalk in motion. In Haley's words: "Stalk is like Sprout's older sister, just like me!"
